Bakalářská práce se zabývá Mezinárodním trestním soudem a Mezinárodními trestními tribunály. Obě tyto instituce jsou velmi důležité pro mezinárodní právní systém, jelikož trestají nejzávažnější zločiny jako: zločiny proti lidskosti, zločin agrese,válečné zločiny a genocida.
