Bakalářská práce pojednává o normotvorbě územní samosprávy a skutečnostech bezprostředně s tématem souvisejících. Záměrem je přiblížit problematiku a některé vybrané instituty nejen pohledu občana obce. The bachelors thesis deals with making legal regulations of territorial self-government and the facts directly related to the topic. The intention is to bring issues and some selected institutes on this problem not only for aspect the citizen of a municipality.
