Komunikace se zákazníkem v odvětví telekomunikací

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce měla za cíl zkoumat vnímání komunikačního mixu a loajality zákazníků u mobilních a virtuálních operátorů v České republice. Byla použita metoda online dotazníku, který vyplnilo celkem 71 respondentů. This qualifying work aimed to investigate the perception of the communication mix and customer loyalty among mobile and virtual operators in the Czech Republic.
