Vizualizace rodokmenu v buněčných populacích

Cell lineage visualization
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací webové aplikace na vizualizaci rodokmenů buněčných populací z formátu man_track.txt. Ten je využíván v rámci soutěže Cell Tracking Challenge, ve které se pomocí rodokmenů buněk kontroluje efektivita a přesnost algoritmů zjišťujících informace o buňkách z časosběrných záznamů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on design and implementation of web application for lineage visualisation of cell population stored in man_track.txt. This format is used in Cell Tracking Challenge competition in which the effectiveness and accuracy of algorithms for detecting information about cells in time-lapses is found out.
