Psychotherapy and Experiential Education - searching for the relationship

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje hledání vztahu mezi psychoterapií a zážitkovou pedagogikou. Optikou vybraných kategorií analyzuje shody a rozdíly psychoterapie a zážitkové pedagogiky. Dále se snaží ukázat reálnou podobu těchto shod a rozdílů v kurzech osobnostního rozvoje. Text je rozdělen do dvou hlavních částí, přičemž první část je teoretická, zatímco druhá je aplikačního charakteru. V teoretické části jsou představeny oba obory, a to prostřednictvím kategorií: vymezení, východiska, cíle, nástroje a techniky, pracovník. Oba obory jsou následně svedeny do pole kurzů osobnostního rozvoje, ve kterém mají uplatnění, a poté porovnány. Aplikační část představuje návrhy dvou modelů kurzů osobnostního rozvoje. Jeden je vytvořen na bázi psychoterapie a druhý na bázi zážitkové pedagogiky. Oba modely jsou zaměřeny na stejnou cílovou skupinu, tedy adolescenty s poruchou chování. Modely jsou praktickou ukázkou toho, jak mohou nalezené shody a rozdíly vypadat v kurzech osobnostního rozvoje. Ukazují tedy, v čem se oba modely, vytvořené na odlišných bázích, shodují a kde se rozcházejí. Práce má přispět k rozšíření povědomí o vzájemné blízkosti obou oborů a poukázat na hranice v kvalifikaci osob, pracujících zejména se zážitkovou pedagogikou.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with a relationship between psychotherapy and experiential education. By means of chosen categories it analyses conformities and differences of psychotherapy and experiential education. The work shows a real appearance of these conformities and differences in the personal development courses. The text is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and the second part is of more practical approach. In the theoretical part there are both majors introduced by means of these categories: determination, solution, goals, means and techniques, worker. Afterwards both majors are put together into the personal development courses where they have their use and then they are compared. The practical part introduces designs of two personal development course models. The first model is based on psychotherapy and the second is based on experiential education. Both models are focused on the same group - adolescents with behaviour disorder. The models show practically how the found conformities and differences might look like in personal development courses. It is shown how two models based on different bases differ and conform. The thesis should extend the knowledge about the closeness of both majors and point out the borders in qualification of people working mainly with experiential education.
