Corporate Social Responsibility of selected company

Abstract:

Tato práce pod názvem Společenská odpovědnost vybrané firmy v rámci svého rozsahu analyzuje současný stav společensky odpovědného chování dané firmy. Rozhodujícím faktorem pro výběr tématu společenské odpovědnosti byla snaha pomoci firmě Česká Doka s.r.o. s touto problematikou zmapováním současného stavu a provedením prvotní analýzy průběhu předávání programů udržitelného rozvoje a CSR od rakouské mateřské organizace do dceřiné společnosti. Dále se práce zabývá vlivem CSR na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy, kdy mateřská organizace je přesvědčena o závislosti CSR a konkurenceschopnosti, ale přesto od své dceřiné společnosti žádné aktivity nepožaduje. V závěru práce jsou dána této firmě konkrétní doporučení, jak lze dosáhnout implementací programů CSR zlepšení stavu firemní kultury a následně zvýšit konkurenceschopnost firmy.

Abstract:

This Thesis under the title of Cororate Social Resposibility of selected company in its broad analysis covers the current situation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the named company. The deciding factor for choosing the subject of corporate social responsibility was to try to assist the company Ceska Doka s.r.o. with this problem and to map the current situation also to carry out the primary analysis of communication of sustainability and corporate social responsibility from the parent company to its subsidiary. This Thesis also deals with how the CSR influences the company’s competitiveness in a situation where the parent company is convinced of dependence between CSR and competiveness but does not require the subsidiary to actively participate. Finally, this Thesis provides the company with a recommendation on how to achieve competitiveness by improving its corporate culture and implementing the CSR.
