Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prvky nelineární mozaiky příběhů, které manipulují s divákem a pohrávají si s jeho uvažováním nad dílem podobně jako detektivní příběh. Práce rozebírá lineární vyprávění a z něj vycházející paralelní vyprávění. Nejvíce prostoru je věnováno nelineární mozaice příběhů, tedy filmům, jakými jsou např. Hodiny nebo 21 gramů, u nichž definuje prvky manipulující s divákovými úsudky. V další kapitole jsou získané informace prokazovány na dvou hraných filmech. V poslední části je využito autorových zkušeností s tímto typem vyprávění a popisuje zde své poznatky získané při práci na bakalářském filmu Dům č. 45, rovněž vyprávěném pomocí nelineární mozaiky příběhů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the elements of a non-linear mosaic of stories which manipulate the viewer and play with his thinking about the work in a similar way as a detective story. The thesis discusses linear narrative and the parallel narrative emerging from it. Most of the space is devoted to non-linear mosaic narratives, i.e. films such as The Hours or 21 Grams. For the non-linear mosaic of stories, he defines the elements that manipulate the viewer's judgments. In the next chapter, the information gained is demonstrated through two feature films. The last section draws on the author's experience with this type of storytelling and describes his findings from his work on the undergraduate film House No. 45, also told using a non-linear mosaic of stories.
