Approaches to the valuation of company Biomedica, spol. s r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti Biomedica, spol. s r.o. ke dni 1.1.2015 pomocí výnosové metody volného diskontovaného peněžního toku do firmy. Pro porovnání je rovněž použita účetní hodnota společnosti, která je založena na majetkovém principu. Informace je určena managementu, majitelům či potenciálnímu investorovi. První část práce obsahuje teoretické shrnutí potřebných východisek oceňování podniku a krátké představení oceňované společnosti. Stěžejní částí práce je část druhá, která obsahuje komplexní strategickou analýzu, finanční analýzu, analýzu generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a finální ocenění společnosti. Hodnota společnosti vypočtená výnosovou metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě FCFF činí k 1.1.2015 126 299 tis. Kč.

Abstract:

The main goal of this master´s thesis is to estimate a value of company Biomedica, spol. s r.o. as of January 1st , 2015. The primary method used for evaluation of the company is a yield method of free cash flow to the firm. In order to present suitable comparison, the method of book value is used as well. Information regarding the value of the company is utilized by the management, owners of the company or potential investor. First part of this thesis serves as theoretical summary of used analytical technique and also as short introduction of the company. The second and the most important part of this thesis focuses on complex strategic analysis, analysis of financial health, analysis and forecast of generators of the value, creation of actual financial plan and final estimation of company´s value. According to the method of discounted cash flow in form of FCFF, the estimated value of the company as of 1.1.2015 is 126 299 thousand CZK.
