Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou efektivní komunikace pracovníků České správy sociálního zabezpečení s klienty. Zaměřuje se na komunikaci úředníka s klienty. V teoretické části je popsána mezilidská komunikace, sociální komunikace, proces komunikace a situace vyskytující se v praxi. Praktická část zobrazuje rozhovory s respondenty.
