Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stále aktuální problematiku viktimologie a viktimizace žen. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-empirického charakteru. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy (viktimologie, oběť trestného činu a viktimnost), dále je charakterizován proces viktimizace a nakonec rozebrány psychologické aspekty viktimizace. V empirické části práce je nejprve uvedena metodika práce, načež jsou prezentovány výsledky empirického šetření, jež bylo provedeno za využití kvantitativní metodologie, a v návaznosti na ně jsou navrhnuta opatření, která by bylo vhodné realizovat za účelem snížení viktimizace u žen.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the still topical issue of victimology and victimization of women. It is a theoretical-empirical work. In the theoretical part the basic concepts (victimology, victim of crime and victimhood) are explained, then the process of victimization is characterized and finally the psychological aspects of victimization are discussed. In the empirical part of the thesis, the methodology of the thesis is first presented, after which the results of the empirical investigation, which was carried out using quantitative methodology, are presented and, following this, measures that could be implemented to reduce victimization among women are proposed.
