The diploma thesis is concerned with the issues of corruption and money laundering. It is a very current topic which thus deserves some interest. The aim of the diploma thesis is to present those issues, their legal regulations and precautionary measures, and, last but not least, the thesis will pay attention to fighting corruption and money laundering.
