Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci absolventů VŠ v jejich zaměstnání. Přesněji je zaměřena na cílovou skupinu osob ve věku 24-28let, dokončené VŠ vzdělání, místo zaměstnání okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou a doba zaměstnání, alespoň jeden rok. Tyto čtyři kvóty byly zmíněny proto, aby zajistili, co nejpřesnější výzkumný vzorek. Autor nejprve v teoretické části obecně popíše základní teorie motivace, poté následuje část týkající se zvolené metodologie samotného výzkumu, kde se v případě této práce jedná o kvalitativní výzkum a následně budou data sbírána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s již výše zmíněnými respondenty. Autor nezapomene zmínit ani dílčí výzkumné otázky práce, na které bude následně v další kapitole práce odpovídat. Další část práce je nazvána analytická část a zahrnuje charakteristiku zkoumaného prostředí, již zmíněné odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné otázky a samozřejmě také závěr, který shrnuje výsledky, které vzešli z interpretace rozhovorů. Cílem/hlavním výstupem práce je po zhodnocení rozhovorů získat kvalitativním šetřením, teoreticky podložené výsledky, které by měly následně sloužit jako podklad pro vytvoření věrohodných hypotéz, které se rozsáhlejším šetřením dají následně ověřit a zobecnit.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the motivation of university graduates in their employment. More precisely, it is focused on a target group of people aged 24-28let, who have completed university education, place of employment is district of Rychnov nad Kněžnou and the period of employment, at least half a year. These four quotas were discussed were mentioned in order to ensure the most representative sample. Author first, in the theoretical part generally describes the basic theory of motivation, followed by a section on the methodology of the research itself, where in the case of this work is a qualitative research and then the data will be collected through semi-structured interviews with the above-mentioned respondents. Author forgets to mention the sub-research questions, which will be followed in the next chapter of this work reply. Another part is called the analytic part and includes characteristics of the research kontext, already mentioned answers to the research questions and of course, the conclusion which summarizes the results that emerged from the interpretation of the interviews. Target / main output of this work is the evaluation interviews to obtain qualitative research, theory-based results, which should then serve as the basis for a plausible hypothesis that extensive investigation can then verify and generalize.
