V předkládané bakalářské práci se zabývám syndromem vyhoření, který má v posledních letech v oblasti pomáhajících profesí narůstající tendenci. In the submitted bachelor thesis I am dealing with burn-out syndrome which has been observed in the recent years especially in the field of social work.
