Tato diplomová práce se věnuje využití metod strojového učení při hledání vztahů mezi biologickými společenstvy a podmínkami prostředí, ve kterém tato společenstva žijí. K tomu byla využita data z monitoringu ptačích společenstev liniových porostů jihozápadního Slovenska.
