Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na perioperační péči o pacientku podstupující operaci prsu z estetických nebo zdravotních důvodů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je dělena na sedm kapitol. V první kapitole je objasněna historie a vývoj plastické a rekonstrukční chirurgie. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na anatomii prsu a fyziologii kůže. Ve třetí kapitole je popsáno onemocnění ženského prsu s vytyčením na karcinomu prsu. Čtvrtá kapitola se týká plastické a rekonstrukční chirurgie a je rozdělena objasněna plastická a rekonstrukční chirurgie, kde je dále rozdělena na rekonstrukce prsu po mastektomii, redukce prsou, modelace prsou, korekce asymetrie prsou a zvětšení prsou. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na chirurgický výkon, kam spadá předoperační příprava, intraoperační a pooperační péče a komplikace. Šestá kapitola se zabývá psychologickými aspekty, stresem a strachem a komunikací s pacientkou. A v neposlední řadě je objasněna informovanost pacientky (tzn. její práva, význam a zásady sdělování a edukace perioperační sestrou). Praktickou část tvoří vypracování výzkumných otázek, metodika výzkumu, charakteristika výzkumného souboru, sběr dat, analýza získaných dat a interpretace získaných dat. Cílem této práce je zpracování výzkumných otázek pacientek podstupujících operaci prsu z estetických nebo zdravotních důvodů. Dále se zjišťuje, proč pacientky podstupují operaci, jaká byla jejich spokojenost s výsledkem operace, porovnávají se výsledky u pacientek podstupujících operaci pouze z estetických důvodů s výsledky těch, které podstupují operaci ze zdravotních důvodů. Nakonec jsou vyhodnoceny výzkumné otázky, z nichž je navržen edukační leták.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on perioperative care of a patient undergoing breast surgery for aesthetic or health reasons. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter explains the history and development of plastic and reconstructive surgery. The second chapter is focused on breast anatomy and skin physiology. In the third chapter, the disease of the female breast is described, with a focus on breast cancer. The fourth chapter deals with plastic and reconstructive surgery and is divided into clarified plastic and reconstructive surgery, where it is further divided into breast reconstruction after mastectomy, breast reduction, breast modeling, correction of breast asymmetry and breast augmentation. The fifth chapter is focused on surgical performance, which includes preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative care and complications. The sixth chapter deals with psychological aspects, stress and fear and communication with the patient. And last but not least, the patient's information is clarified (ie her rights, meaning and principles of communication and education by the perioperative nurse). The practical part consists of the development of research questions, research methodology, characteristics of the research group, data collection, analysis of the obtained data and interpretation of the obtained data. The aim of this work is to process research questions of patients undergoing breast surgery for aesthetic or health reasons. Furthermore, it is ascertained why the patients undergo surgery, what was their satisfaction with the result of the operation, the results of patients undergoing surgery for aesthetic reasons only are compared with the results of those undergoing surgery for health reasons. Finally, research questions are evaluated, from which an educational leaflet is designed.
