Effective use of an integrated management system using ISO standards

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je efektivní využití integrovaného systému managementu pomocí norem ISO. Práce si klade za cíl vyhledat aktuální trendy spojené s integrovanými systémy managementu na příkladu vybrané organizace, která se věnuje výrobě výtahů, hliníkových konstrukcí, plastových oken, kovovýrobě a práškovým lakovnám. Teoretická část využívá metodu literární rešerše, s pomocí které jsou shrnuty základní informace na téma IMS, jeho výhod a inovací, kterými prošly normy řady ISO v QMS, EMS a HSMS. V praktické části došlo k představení vybrané firmy a byla provedena vstupní analýza jednotlivých systémů řízení. Dále se stručně popsaly právní požadavky spojené s bezpečností výtahů, které byly stanoveny v rámci Evropské unie v roce 2017. Následně došlo k propojení všech norem do systému řízení firmy s přihlédnutím ke klíčovým procesům IMS. Poté se vyhodnotila efektivita integrovaného systému managementu a byla navržena doporučení k eliminování odhalených nedostatků.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the effective use of an integrated management system using ISO standards. The aim of the work is to find current trends associated with integrated management systems on the example of a selected organization that is engaged in the production of elevators, aluminium structures, plastic windows, metal production and powder coating plants. The theoretical part uses the method of literary research, with the help of which the basic information on IMS, its advantages and innovations, through which the ISO standards have passed in QMS, EMS and HSMs, are summarized. In the practical part, the selected company was introduced and an initial analysis of individual management systems was carried out. In addition, the legal requirements related to the safety of lifts, which were established within the European Union in 2017, were briefly described. Subsequently, all standards were integrated into the company's management system, taking into account the key processes of IMS. After that, the effectiveness of the integrated management system was evaluated and recommendations were proposed to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
