Abstract:

Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020.Diplomová práce se zabývá chováním spotřebitele na trhu s doručovacími službami. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění preferencí spotřebitelů při výběru doručovacích společností a identifikace faktorů, které tyto preference ovlivňují. Nejprve je pomocí sekundárních dat vytvořena orientační analýza, která se věnuje e-commerce v České republice a doručovacím společnostem působícím na českém trhu. Primární data jsou získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření a individuálních hloubkových rozhovorů. Zpracováním těchto dat prostřednictvím softwaru Statistica 12 jsou zjištěny preference spotřebitelů a vytvořena demografická segmentace. V závěru práce jsou stanovena vhodná doporučení, která mohou být přínosná pro zainteresované subjekty.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2020.This diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour in the market with delivery services. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the preferences of consumers in the choice of delivery companies and to identify the factors that influence these preferences. Firstly, using the secondary data is created an orientation analysis, which is devoted to e-commerce in the Czech Republic and delivery companies operating on the Czech market. The primary data are obtained through a questionnaire survey and individual in-depth interviews. By processing this data through Statistica 12 software, consumer preferences are identified, and demographic segmentation is created. At the end of the thesis there are appropriate recommendations that can be beneficial for the stakeholders.
