Implementation of crisis management in the company and its impacts

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vymezení krizového řízení a užití jeho metod v bankovním sektoru. Na základě teoretických východisek představuje krizový management jako disciplínu využitelnou v prevenci krize a řízení rizik v bankovnictví. Za účelem představit implementaci krizového managementu v konkrétní bankovní společnosti na příkladu případové studie, byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum metodou empirického pozorování zúčastněným pozorovatelem. Případová studie uvádí postup implementace krizového řízení na úrovni řízení rizik, včetně jeho subjektů a zhodnocení dopadů na jednotlivé oblasti společnosti. Výstupem výzkumu jsou klíčové faktory k úspěšnému zabránění krize a doporučení pro zkoumanou společnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the definition of crisis management and the use of its methods in the banking sector. Based on the theoretical background, crisis management is a discipline that can be used in crisis prevention and risk management in banking. In order to introduce the implementation of Crisis Management in a specific banking company on the example of a case study, a qualitative research by empirical observation was undertaken by the observer. The case study outlines the process of implementing crisis management at the level of risk management, including its subjects, and assessing impacts on individual areas of the company. Research outputs are key factors for successful crisis prevention and recommendations for the surveyed company.
