Tato práce studuje vývoj sociální péče v ubytovacím zařízení pro osoby zdravotně znevýhodněné Domov Pramen a vývoj sociální péče v ubytovacím zařízení v České republice. Věnuje se vývoji sociální péče od roku 1945 do současnosti, zabývá se souvislostmi mezi změnami vedení státu a změnami v přístupu k sociální péči.
