Employee benefits and their use in the organization as a possible factor for stabilization of workforce

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout možné inovace systému zaměstnaneckých výhod v konkrétní organizaci (Aperam Stainless and Solution Tubes CZ, s. r. o.). Z dokumentace společnosti jsem ověřila současně užívaný benefitní systém a následně realizovala šetření - provedené formou dotazníku. Analyzováním zjištěných výsledků se podařilo vyhodnotit jak spokojenost zaměstnanců s čerpanými benefity a informovanost o rozsahu nabídky výhod, tak jejich preference i nedostatky v komunikaci mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnancem. Na základě veškerých zjištění byly navrženy možné inovace současného systému zaměstnaneckých výhod, a to z různých pohledů dle preferencí zaměstnavatele, v souladu s cíli organizace, ohledem na ekonomickou náročnost případné aplikace a s ohledem na daňové dopady - jak pro zaměstnance, tak pro zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor's thesis was to propose a possible innovation of benefit system in a specific organization (Aperam Stainless and Solution Tubes CZ, Ltd.). I checked the current system of employee benefits in this organization by using documentation and consequently carried out survey by means of a questionnaire. By analyzing the observe outcomes it was able to assess employees´ satisfaction with the benefits drawn, awareness of the range of the benefits employees´ preferences regarding them and lack in the communication between employer and employee. I designed the possible innovations of the present system of the employee benefits on the basis of all my findings. These innovations are dealt with different perspectives - according to the preferences of the employer, in accordance with the aims of the organization and also with a consideration of the tax implications - both on the side of the employees and the employer.
