Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je prací teoretickou a pojednává o problematice péče o pacienta, který akutně trpí bolestí na hrudi, a to v přednemocniční péči. Je sestavena z rešerší publikací, které byly napsány v češtině a angličtině. První část této bakalářské práce se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií srdce, zmiňuje základy elektrokardiografického vyšetření a patologický nález akutního infarktu myokardu s elevacemi ST úseku, obsahuje také definici zdravotnického záchranáře a jeho kompetence v rámci přednemocniční péče. Závěrem je popsána a charakterizována stenokardie a také diferenciální diagnostika pacienta s bolestí na hrudi. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje publikace, které jsou zaměřené na role záchranáře při péči o pacienty s kardiální bolestí na hrudi, jejichž příčinou je akutní infarkt myokardu s elevacemi ST úseku.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is a theoretical thesis and it deals with the subject of care of a patient with cardiac chest pain in pre-hospital setting. It is based on searches of publications issued in Czech and English language. The first part of this Bachelor thesis deals with anatomy and physiology of heart, makes references to basis of electrocardiographic examination and pathological finding ST-elevation myocardial infarction, also includes the definition of paramedic and his competence in pre-hospital care. At the end of the first part is a description and characterization of stenocardia and differential diagnostics of patient with chest pain too. The second part of bachelor thesis includes publications, which are focused on paramedics role at care of patients with cardiac chest pain, whose cause is ST-elevation myocardial infarction.
