Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou interní komunikace ve firmě XY. Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající systém interní komunikace ve firmě a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy v oblasti public relations, interní komunikace a marketingového výzkumu. Praktická část práce v úvodu charakterizuje firmu XY a její firemní kulturu.
