Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právem na svobodný přístup k informacím a jeho praktickým použitím. Uvádí stručný vývoj právních norem v tomto oboru, hodnotí přístup povinných subjektů i tvůrců práva a analyzuje dopad souvisejících předpisů – doporučení, metodických pokynů a zejména judikatury a evropských směrnic. This thesis deals with the right to Free access to Information and its practical application. It provides a brief development of legal norms in this field, assesses the approach of the mandatory subjects and lawmakers and analyzes the impact of related regulations - recommendations, guidelines and especially of the practice of courts and European directives.
