Innovation as a part of competitiveness in services
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vlivem inovací na konkurenceschopnost poskytovaných služeb. Jako modelový případ slouží dva konkurenční autorizovaní prodejci osobních automobilů ve Vyškově. Cílem je navrhnout inovativní řešení vedoucí ke zvýšení zisků společností a posouzení, zda pokryje investiční náklady.
Abstract:
This thesis examines the impact of innovation on the competitiveness of the provided services. The model case is two competing authorized car dealers in Vyškov. The aim is to propose innovative solutions to increase company profits and evaluate whether it covers the investment costs.
