Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou odepření výpovědi ve správních deliktech, zejména v oblasti přestupků proti bezpečnosti a plynulosti provozu na pozemních komunikacích. This thesis concerns the issue of withholding the testimony (“nihil dicit”) with regards to the administrative offences. Main focus is laid at the area of the breach of traffic regulations. The paper deals with the analysis of the principles that are applied in the process of administrative justice and punishment.
