Development and changes in the cultural landscape of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

V diplomové práci je řešena proměna české kulturní krajiny, konkrétně dvou mikroregionů, a to mikroregion zahrnující Svazek obcí údolí řeky Desné, který se nachází v Olomouckém kraji, druhý mikroregion Králický, který se nachází v Pardubickém kraji. Literární rešerše byla rozdělena do dvou částí, první část byla zaměřena na kraji-nu obecně, druhá na kulturní krajinu v České republice zahrnující popis mikroregionu a jeho legislativní bázi, vznik a fungování. V praktické části byla podrobně popsána charakteristika zájmových území v mikroregionech. Dále byla provedena SWOT analýza a ve čtrnácti obcích vyhodnoceny změny ve využívání krajiny v letech 1845, 1948, 1990, 2000, 2010 a 2020. Následně byl vypočítán a vyhodnocen koeficient ekologické stability pro jednotlivá území. Taktéž byla použita metoda komparativní, kdy došlo k srovnání výsledků ekologické stability území ve dvou mikroregionech. Z výsledků vyplývá, že změny využití krajiny v mikroregionu Svazek obcí údolí Desné od roku 1948 proběhly: plocha lesní půdy vzrostla o 4227 ha, a naopak plocha zemědělská za-znamenala pokles o 5734,8 ha. Ekologická stabilita území se zvýšila o hodnotu 4,17. Výsledky mikroregionu Králicko jsou: od roku 1948 plocha lesní půdy vzrostla o 1101,9 ha, a naopak plocha zemědělská půda zaznamenala zmenšení o 4208,7 ha. Eko-logická stabilita území se zvýšila o hodnotu 1,81. Z výsledku vyplývá, že ekologická stabilita v obou mikroregionech se zvýšila v důsledku lepšího hospodaření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the transformation of the Czech cultural landscape, spe-cifically two micro-regions, first one a micro-region comprising the association of Mu-nicipalities of the Desná Valley municipalities, located in the Olomouc region, the secondone is Králický micro-region, which located in the Pardubice region The literary search was divided into two parts, the first part was focused on the landscape in gene-ral, the second on the cultural landscape in the Czech Republic, including a description of the microregion and its legislative basis, origin and functioning. In the practical part, Characteristics of areas of interest in micro-regions were described in detail. Further-more, a SWOT analysis was performed and in fourteen municipalities the changes in land use in the years 1845,1948,1990, 2000, 2010 and 2020 were evaluated. Subseque-ntly, the coefficient of ecological stability for individual territories was calculated and evaluated. The comparative method was also used, when the result of the ecological stability of the area in two micro-regions was compared. The results show that changes in land use in the micro-region of the association of Municipalities of the Desná Valley have taken place since 1948: the area of forest land increased by 4227 ha, and conver-sely the agricultural area decreased by 5734.8 ha. The ecological stability of the area increased by 4.17. The results of the Králicko microregion are: since 1948, the area of forest land has increased by 1101.9 ha, and on the contrary, the area of agricultural land has decreased by 4208.7 ha. The ecological stability of the area increased by 1.81. The result shows that ecological stability in both micro-regions has increased due to better management.
