Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a následnou komparací gender pay gap v České republice a v Německu v rámci veřejného a soukromého sektoru mezi lety 2010 až 2018. Analýza se zaměřuje na jedno odvětví z každého sektoru, konkrétně na peněžnictví a pojišťovnictví ze soukromého sektoru a na zdravotnictví a sociální péči ze sektoru veřejného. The thesis deals with an analysis which is followed by a comparison of the gender pay gap in the Czech Republic and Germany within the public and private sector from 2010 to 2018.
