Abstract:

STRUKTUROVANÝ ABSTRAKT: ÚVOD: Práce se zabývá problematikou dětí s kombinovaným postižením se zaměřením na mozkovou obrnu. Tato práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení, co MO vlastně je, na její etiopatogenezi a patofyziologii, klinický obraz tohoto onemocnění, na její formy a možnosti léčby. CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem této práce je seznámení se s problematikou mozkové obrny. Zjistit nové informace a poznatky o této problematice a jejich využití v praxi. METODIKA: Na základě rozhovoru s maminkou klienta, prostudování dostupné dokumentace, vlastního pozorování a vylíčení problémových oblastí, které byly zjištěny ze vstupního ergoterapeutického hodnocení, byl stanoven krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán. Po realizaci intervencí bylo provedeno výstupní ergoterapeutické hodnocení a následně stanoven dlouhodobý plán ergoterapie. VÝSLEDKY: Zde jsou porovnány výsledky mezi vstupním a výstupním ergoterapeutickým hodnocením a výsledky jsou následně zhodnoceny. ZÁVĚR: V závěru je popsán souhrn celkové práce s klientem, je hodnocena úspěšnost na základě využitých metod během ergoterapeutických intervencí a zhodnocení splněných cílů a úkolů.

Abstract:

STRUCTURED ABSTRACT: INTRODUCTION: This thesis deals with the issue of children with combined disabilities with focus on cerebral palsy. This work focuses on explaining what cerebral palsy actually is, its etiopathogenesis and pathophysiology, the clinical picture of this disease, its forms and treatment options. THE AIM OF THE THESIS: The aim of this thesis is to get acquainted with the issue of cerebral palsy. To find out new information and knowledge on this issue and their use in practice. METHODOLOGY: Based on the interview with the client's mother, study of available documentation, own observation and description of problem areas identified from the initial occupational therapy assessment, a short-term occupational therapy plan was established. Following the implementation of the interventions, final occupational therapy assessment was conducted and a long-term occupational therapy plan was determined. RESULTS: The results are compared between the initial and final occupational therapy assessments and the results are subsequently evaluated. CONCLUSION: In conclusion, a summary of the overall work with the client is described. Success rate is evaluated based on the methods used during occupational therapy interventions as well as the achievement of goals and objectives.
