Diplomová práce porovnává právní úpravu přestupků a správních deliktů v oblasti správního rozhodnutí a jeho jednotlivých částí. The thesis compares the legislation regarding the adminisitrative offences and misdemeanors within the scope of administrative decision and its parts. Each part of a ruling is compared with existing case law which fills the legislative gaps caused by insufficiency of the legislation, which is based on fact that the Law act no. 500/2004 Coll. was not primarily designed to cover the matter of giving …more
