Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl analyzovat produkci potravin v SO ORP Kuřim a to jak v zemědělském, tak i v průmyslovém sektoru. Zdůrazňuje snížení produkce živočišné výroby na studovaném území a následný vliv této změny na jednotlivé zemědělské subjekty. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the food production in SO ORP Kuřim both in the agricultural sector and in the industrial sector too. It emphasizes the drop in livestock production in the given territory and consecutive influence of this change on individual agricultural subjects.
