DNA detection of Chlamydia trachomatis
Abstract:
Chlamydia trachomatis je původcem závažných pohlavně přenosných infekcí v rozvinutých zemích a nejčastější příčina slepoty v zemích rozvojových. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá biologií této bakterie a jejími klinickými projevy. Hlavní část bakalářské práce obsahuje přehled typů vzorků, klíčových míst v genomu a metod využívaných při DNA diagnostice.
Abstract:
Chlamydia trachomatis is the causative agent of severe sexually transmitted infections in the developed countries and the most abundant cause of blindness in developing countries. This bachelor thesis deals with biology and clinical manifestations of this bacterium. The main part of the thesis contains overview of sample types, crucial places in genome and methods used for DNA diagnostics.
