Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na specifické motivační náborové programy v rámci České pošty. Zabývá se současným procesem získávání zaměstnanců. Uvedeny jsou možnosti zlepšení procesu získávání zaměstnanců v rámci náborových programů.
Abstract:
The work focuses on specific motivation recruitment programs in the Czech Post. It deals with the current recruitment process. Possibilities for improving the recruitment process of recruitment programs are presented.
