Incomes of Municipal Budget

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma rozpočtové příjmy obce je rozdělena na 4 hlavní části. V první části bakalářská práce pojednává o obecných definicích, obecné vymezení pojmů. Druhá část práce vymezuje základní legislativu, vymezení právních předpisů, které obec ve své působnosti využívá. V další části se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku města Blatná a na konkrétní příjmy a výdaje v rozpočtu města, rozbor jednotlivých daňových příjmů, nedaňových příjmů, kapitálových příjmů a přijatých transferů. Praktické použití jednotlivých příjmů v období 2003 – 2010. V poslední části práce je shrnutí zda jsou respektovány teoretické základy v praxi.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the town’s budget revenues and it is divided into the four main parts. The first part deals with the general definitions of the terms used. The second part defines the basic legislation – legal regulations that the town uses. The third part deals with the characteristics of the town of Blatná and its budget revenues – tax revenue, non-tax revenue, capital gains and incoming transfers and expenses. This part also focuses on the practical usage of these revenues in the period since 2003 to 2010. The last part summarizes whether the theoretical bases are respected in practice.
