Pracovní právo je právním odvětvím, které se týká bezpochyby každého z nás. Ať vystupujeme z pozice zaměstnance či zaměstnavatele, v právní úpravě nacházíme řadu ustanovení, která nám přináší jisté výhody i nevýhody. Das Arbeitsrecht ist ein Rechtszweig, der zweifellos jeden von uns geht an. Jederzeit wir treten aus der Position des Arbeitnehmers oder des Arbeitgebers, wir finden eine Reihe der Bestimmungen in der Regelung, die gewisse Vorteile und Nachteile für uns bringt.
