Diplomová práce se zabývá trendy spotřeby vína v České republice. V první části této práce je uvedena historie vinařství již od prvopočátků. Část druhá je zaměřena na vybrané roky a jejich průběh a vliv na sklizeň daného roku. Dále je v této kapitole uvedena práce Vinařského fondu na podpoře prodeje vína v ČR. The thesis deals with trends of wine consumption in the Czech Republic. In the first part of this work is given the history of the winery since the very beginning. The second part is focused on selected year and their progress and impact on the harvest of the current year.
