The Programme of dealing with the youth prisoners focused on the problematics of agresivity and violence decrease.

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsme se zaměřili na agresi a agresivitu mladistvých, jako na negativní fenomén dnešní společnosti, a to nejen ve vězeňském prostředí, ale i v prostředí běžného života. Jsou zde popsány její příčiny, druhy a dělení. Dále se zde zabýváme vymezením pojmu dětí a mladistvých, jejich trestnou odpovědností, poruchami chování, jejich vznikem a příčinami těchto projevů. V závěru teoretické části čtenáře seznamujeme s programy zacházení odsouzených mladistvých ve výkonu trestního opatření odnětí svobody, konkrétně s novým programem zacházení pro mladistvé TP 21 Junior, jenž se v současné době realizuje ve Věznici Všehrdy. Případná úspěšnost či neúspěšnost daného programu je předmětem výzkumu této práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the aggression and the aggresiveness of the youth as the pnenomenon of the contemporary society not only in the prison environment but also in the environment of every-day life. Its causes, sorts and divisions are described in this thesis. Further, this thesis deals with the demarcation of children and the youth, their criminal liability, behaviour disorders and their formation and causes. In the end of the theoretical part the thesis acquaints the readers with the programmes of treatment of the sentenced youth in the imprisonment, specifically with the new programme of treatment for the youth TP 21 Junior. Its realization is currently taking place at Všehrdy Prison and its possible success or failure are dealt with in the research of this thesis
