Psychological care as a new employee benefit

Abstract:

Tato diplomová́ práce se zabývá tématem psychologické péče v rámci zaměstnaneckých benefitů v organizaci. Cílem práce je prozkoumání a vyhodnocení psychologické péče jakožto nového možného zaměstnaneckého benefitu v konkrétní společnosti a má posloužit jako podklad a analýza pro zvolenou firmu Lundegaard. Teoretická část práce se věnuje rešerši literatury, která je potřebná k pochopení problematiky. V praktické části je představena společnost, ve které je výzkum prováděn, a následně je pomocí kvantitativního šetření analyzován zájem a postoje zaměstnanců o psychologickou péči jako možný zaměstnanecký benefit. Ze shrnutých výsledků je vyhodnocen zájem zaměstnanců a zároveň jsou navržena doporučení, která by měla sloužit podniku jako podklad pro budoucí rozhodování.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of psychological care as a new employee benefit in an organization. The aim of the thesis is to investigate and evaluate psychological care as a new possible employee benefit in a specific company and to serve as a basis and analysis for the chosen company Lundegaard. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to a literature search, which is necessary to understand the issues. In the practical part, the company in which the research is conducted is introduced and then the interest and attitudes of employees towards psychological care as a possible employee benefit are analyzed by means of a quantitative survey. From the summarized results, the interest of the employees is evaluated, and recommendations are proposed to serve the company as a basis for future decision making.
