Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza implementace CSR programu ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části mé práce jsem se soustředila na proces vývoje a implementace CSR programu, jeho podstatu a nástroje, které jsou používány při uvedených procesech. V praktické části mé práce jsem analyzovala a komparovala realizované aktivity společností Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. a Heineken ČR.
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is to analyze CSR program implementation in a selected company. In the theoretical part of my thesis I focused on the process of development and implementation of CSR program, its essence and tools that are used in the processes mentioned. In the practical part of my thesis I analyzed and compared the activities implemented by Pilsner Urquell a.s. and Heineken CR.
