Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá důležitou personální činností, konkrétně se jedná o oblast vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Cílem práce jsou analýza a deskripce podnikového vzdělávání, především zahraničních zaměstnanců. This bacherol thesis deals with an important staffing activities, namely in the area of staff training. The aim of the work is the analysis and the description corporate training, mainly foreign workers.
