Use GPS system in the training of security forces

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza využití Globálního polohového systému (GPS) u Policie České republiky (PČR). V teoretické části práce je popsána struktura a základní principy GPS a jsou zde charakterizovány typy GPS přijímačů. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, jakým způsobem je systém GPS u PČR využíván. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce, dále jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro využiti v praxi.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to analyzed the using of the Global Positioning System (GPS) with the Police of the Czech Republic (PCR). The theoretical part describes the structure and fundamental principles of GPS and there are characterized types of GPS receivers. The practical part is focused on the research, how is the GPS system used in PCR. The conclusion summarizes the results and includes suggestions and recommendations for practice.
