Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám vyšetřením zkrácených svalových skupin u týmu ledního hokeje. Přesněji 5. třídy ZŠ a hráčů juniorky. Stanovím si několik hypotéz o zkrácených svalech, které budu potvrzovat nebo vyvracet. Hráči budou podrobeni pretestu. Na zákládě výsledků pretestu budou vytvořeny kompenzační cvičení na zkrácené partie svalů. Po 3 měsících bude následovat posttest kvůli výsledku, zda došlo ke …more
Abstract:
In my work I deal with the examination of shortened muscle groups in the ice hockey team. More precisely, the 5th grade of elementary school and junior players. I will make some hypotheses about shortened muscles, which I will confirm or refute. Players will be subjected to a pretest.
