An analysis of drawings made by prisoners of internment camps during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia during the Second World War
Abstract:
Cílem práce je představit krátce historii Nizozemské Východní Indie a hlavně pak internační táborů, které zde za druhé světové války byly zřízeny Japonci. Hlavním bodem práce je pak analýza a srovnání obrázků, které v těchto táborech Nizozemští muži a Nizozemské ženy vytvořili.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the history of Dutch East Indies and mainly the internement camps which were erected by the Japanese occupator during the Second World War. It focuses on the analysis and comparation of drawings which were made by Dutch men and women in these camps.
