Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o daňové soustavě a daních obecně. Cílem teoretické části práce je seznámit čtenáře se základními pojmy spojenými s daněmi, historickým vývojem a jejich vnímání ve společnosti. Dále je cílem čtenářům objasnit současnou podobu daňové soustavy a právní legislativu k ní náležící, rozdělení daní a podrobnější informace ke každé z nich.
