Záměr na založení nového podnikatelského subjektu v České republice

The Intention of the Establishment of a New Business Entity in the CR
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje trh maloobchodního prodeje brýlí v České republice a rozebírá stávající aktivity vybrané oční optiky XY. Pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti této firmy práce obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu pro vybudování online prodeje, který by rozšiřoval nabízené služby existující kamenné prodejny o e-shop prodej dioptrických a slunečních brýlí.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyses retail market with glasses in the Czech Republic and describes existing activities of the selected optical shop XY. The thesis includes the proposal of business plan of creation of online sale in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. This would combine current services of existing brick and mortar store with eshop with diopter glasses and sunglasses.
