This Diploma thesis is focusing on the commodity chain of Indonesian coffee and consumer preferences on the Czech market. The thesis leads to identifies the studied commodity in terms of the way understanding how the coffee is grown, show harvesting, processing methods and the final treatment of coffee beans.
