Diplomová práce analyzuje zákonné postavení centrální banky u nás po roce 1989 s drazem na otázku její nezávislosti. Práce je rozdlena do tí hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny základní pojmy identifikující centrální banku a její postavení.
