Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifickou podobu komunikace mezi policisty České republiky a strážníky Městské policie Ostrava při práci. Cílem je zjistit úroveň policistů a strážníků v oblasti mezilidské komunikace a identifikovat jejich názory na komunikaci mezi policisty a strážníky. Ve své práci jsem v teoretické části v souladu s jejími cíli uvedl čtenáře do problematiky komunikace. A to vymezením pojmů, uvedením tématických definic, obecných forem komunikace a uvedením specifik v komunikaci mezi Policií České republiky a Městskou policií Ostrava. V praktické části, jsem popsal charakteristiku průzkumu, aplikované průzkumné metody. Jako vhodný způsob získání dat jsem zvolil polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který jsem realizoval s deseti policisty a deseti strážníky. Samotné rozhovory jsem zaznamenal na diktafon, poté provedl jejich transkript a dále je analyzoval. Cíle práce se podařilo splnit definováním výzkumných otázek. Z výsledků práce jsem zjistil úroveň informovanosti policistů a strážníků v oblasti komunikace, a také z ní vyplývá, že informovanost policistů a strážníků je dána jejich osobním přístupem. V názorech respondentů se projevila rovněž snaha o kvalitnější vzájemnou spolupráci, přičemž si nutnost této spolupráce uvědomoval téměř každý respondent. Jako možné řešení problematiky komunikace mezi policisty a strážníky navrhuji postup dle principu Učící se organizace, uvedené v kapitole 4.1. Tento princip je sice primárně určen k řešení problémů uvnitř jedné organizace, ale je rovněž vhodný a aplikovatelný na zkvalitnění práce a vztahů i napříč spolupracujícími subjekty, jako jsou právě Policie ČR a Městská policie Ostrava.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT This bachelor thesis focuses on the specific form of communication between the members of the state police of the Czech Republic and the Municipal police of Ostrava at work. The target was to find out the level of the communication between the members of both corps and identify their opinions on their communication. In accordance with the goal of the thesis and in its theoretical part, by defining the basic terms, common communication forms, the specifics of the communication between the two corps and stating definitions I made the reader acquainted with the issue of the communication. In its practical part I described the characteristics of the research and applied selected research method. As a suitable way to obtain necessary data I decided to apply half-structured interview with ten members of both corps. The interviews were recorded and then I made the transcript. The aims defined by the thesis were fulfilled by definition of research questions. Out of their answers I found out the level of acquaintance of both state and municipal policemen with the communication, which is obviously conditioned by the personal attitude of each member of both corps. The opinions expressed by the respondents showed the intention to improve the mutual cooperation, which is seen by all respondents as necessary and beneficial. As a suitable solution to apply I suggested the applications of principles of learning organization described in chapter nr 4.1. This principle applies primarily to solve problems of one organization; however, it can also be applied to improve quality of communication between cooperating subjects such as the state police and municipal police of Ostrava.
