Cílem diplomové práce je posouzení investic do výstavby parkovacích domů. Na základě vlastní metodiky jsou posuzovány vybrané typy parkovacích domů. Práce se zabývá nejdříve teoretickým představením problematiky, na které navazuje představení použité analýzy. The diploma thesis aims to assess investments in the construction of parking houses. Selected types of parking houses are assessed using authors methodology.
