Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků“ je zamě-řena na potřeby a důležitost dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá důležitými pojmy spjatými se vzděláváním. Mezi ty-to pojmy patří samotné vzdělávání učitelů, které patří k základní podmínce udrže-ní kvality školního vzdělávání. Dále je zde poukázáno na význam celoživotního vzdělávání, které se stává nutností a nikdy nekončícím procesem. V bakalářské práci je dále popsána profese učitele, jeho vývoj, fáze a profesní zdatnost. Také jsou zde uvedeny legislativní požadavky na práci pedagogických pracovníků. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá i obecným pojetím historie pedagogiky až po současnost. Jsou zde uvedeny informace o požadavcích na vzdělávání pedagogic-kých pracovníků před a po 2. světové válce. Tato část práce poukazuje zejména na rozdíl požadavků na vzdělávání učitelů, obsah, strukturu a délku studia. V části praktické byly kladeny výzkumné otázky vztahující se k dalšímu vzdě-lávání pedagogických pracovníků. Zda se učitelé dále vzdělávají a jakou formou, co je k dalšímu vzdělávání motivuje, zda je toto další vzdělávání důležité pro jejich povolání a zda nově nabyté znalosti využijí při výuce a vzdělávání žáků. Výzkum byl zaměřen na aktivitu učitelů při dalším vzdělávání, jejich motivaci a na to, zda využívají nabídku dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků ze Šablon MŠMT.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Further education of pedagogical staff" is focused on the needs and importiere of further education of pedagogical staff. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with important concepts related to education. These concepts include teacher education itself, which is one of the basic conditi-ons for maintaining the quality of school education. Furthermore, the importance of lifelong learning is pointed out, which is becoming a necessity and a never-ending process. The bachelor thesis also describes the teaching profession, its de-velopment, phases and professional competence. There are also legislative requi-rements for the work of teachers. Last but not least, the work also deals with the general concept of the history of pedagogy up to the present. There is information on the requirements for the education of pedagogical staff before and after World War II. This part of the work points out the difference between the requirements for teacher education, content, structure and length of study. In the practical part, research questions related to the further education of pedagogical staff were asked. Whether teachers are continuing their education and in what form what motivates them for further education, whether this further education is important for their profession and whether they will use the newly acquired knowledge in teaching and educating pupils. The research was focused on the activity of teachers in further education, their motivation and on whether they use the offer of further education of pedagogical staff from the Templates of the Ministry of Education.
