Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje spokojenosti matek s internetovým poradenstvím v oblasti výchovy. Jejím cílem bylo zmapovat vztahy mezi spokojeností matek s internetovým poradenstvím v oblasti výchovy a vybranými proměnnými. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na možnosti poradenství v této oblasti a výchovné obtíže, se kterými se rodiče nejčastěji setkávají. Pozornost je věnována také přínosům a omezením poradenství prostřednictvím internetu. V empirické části práce jsou zjišťovány vztahy mezi spokojeností matek s internetovým poradenstvím v oblasti výchovy a proměnných na straně matky, dítěte i poradenského procesu. Tyto vztahy jsou zkoumány na základě dat získaných od 103 respondentek prostřednictvím dotazníkových metod (CSQ-8, GSES, SWLS, PHQ-9, QMI a Yamagishiho škály interpersonální důvěry). Statistickou analýzou dat byla zjištěna souvislost mezi spokojeností s internetovým poradenstvím v oblasti výchovy a věkem dítěte, výchovnou problematikou a formou internetového poradenství, která byla využita. Byl také potvrzen předpoklad vhodného doplňování osobní a distanční formy poradenství. Souvislosti s ostatními proměnnými nebyly potvrzeny.

Abstract:

The thesis is dedicated to the satisfaction of mothers with internet based counselling on the subject of parenting. The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between satisfaction of mothers with internet based counselling on the subject of parenting and selected variables. The theoretical part is focused on the possibilities of counselling in this area and the difficulties parents face upbringing children. Attention is also paid to the benefits and limitations of the internet based counselling. In the empirical part, the relationship between satisfaction of mothers with the internet counselling on the subject of parenting with the variables on the side of the mother, child and counselling proces was investigated. The investigation is based on the data collected from 103 participants through a questionnaire containing CSQ-8, GSES, SWLS, PHQ-9, QMI and Yamagishi’s interpersonal trust scale. Through statistical analysis of the data, the associations between the satisfaction of mothers with internet based counselling and child's age, kind of upbringing difficulties and form of internet based counselling were found. The results also suggest that it is appropriate to interweave personal and distance form of counselling. Relationships with other variables have not been confirmed.
